Understanding for the delay, as Freddy Fresh will probably be completely delivering to Bautzen on a Sunday. I have nothing against cold pizza in general, but unfortunately a catastrophe in terms of taste. Everything limp, excessively fatty and without any taste. But it's your own fault, because you generally know what happens when you order from Freddy Fresh.

No delivery to Hochkirch. (Although Radibor and Großdubrau are supplied). Unfortunately, delivery was also not possible when asked by phone, although we wanted to order for over 50 €. The travel time would be shorter than, for example, to Radibor or Großdubrau. This is a shame as we recently moved and were always satisfied back then.

I have already ordered a salad there twice and both times ingredients were missing that were either booked separately and also paid for or basic ingredients were included in the price. And that after 1.5 hours of waiting time for delivery.

Bautzen branch Pizza, delivery time and taste good. It's a shame that loyal customers are indirectly portrayed as "bad people" due to the very first complaint after several years. Unfortunately not open to criticism, unfriendly and no good arguments ready. The explanation of one's own point of view is not perceived, so there can be no discussion at eye level. Freddy Fresh's mistakes are turned so that the customer is to blame. As with all things in life: "The sound makes the music"

Ordered on Friday the 21st, was disappointed, the salad tasted musty, but not at all appropriate for the price! The burger was something else was also delicious, but guys for this price you already get a pizza from you guys, I also ordered a Sprite, what does the driver bring, a Fanta, all totally disappointed for 20 €, there you get more from many others for your hard-earned money.
